After 14 years of working in federal politics, Daniel Mezza decided to leave his job and start Puro Nitro Coffee.
He began crafting nitro coffee after several cold-brews he tried left a bad taste in his mouth. He thought, “There has to be a way to make cold coffee taste good”.
He also wanted to provide the public with an alternative to sugary sodas and coffees -something that would be healthy and delicious. The Puro Nitro recipe gives you a caffeine boost without the calories.
He went to work on Puro Nitro Coffee full time and has been perfecting his unique and intensive hot-to-cold process since mid 2017. Today, Puro Nitro brews can be found at retail locations around San Antonio.
